    we’re renting out a nice room in a comfortable shared flat in the centre of Linz, starting from the 01.04.2016 (also sooner possible if necessary).
    Our roommate of a year is moving out and now we’re looking for a worthy replacement for her.

    The price for the room is €450,- including all utilities and high-speed internet.
    In general we’re looking for somebody nice and easy-going, who’s also quite clean 😉

    as I’m going to make a stage in Vienna, I would like to rent out my room from beginning of June until the end of September, for 380€ /m + 300 of deposit !
    It’s a fully restored, bright, shared flat (with 2 lovely austrian girls) in Waldeggstr. 1/8 4020 Linz. The apartment is in an older building on the 3th floor! Don’t worry, there is also an elevator! It’s 4min walk to Hauptbahnhof and 6min to Musiktheater and very closed you will find different supermarkets (Unimarkt, Billa, Hofer).

    huge desk
    french size bed!
