  4. Hello, I’m looking for a flatmate from September 2015.
    The flat has two rooms, one big living room, an anteroom, a bathroom, extra toilet, a spacious kitchen and two balconies.
    The room has two big windows and is very lightly. It’s on the side of the courtyard that’s why it’s calm in the room. It’costs 390 euros.

    I’m studying at the Kunstuniversität, University of art in Linz and I’m looking for an open minded, nice person. I like to spend evenings together, talking and eating together, sometimes also watching a film or cooking together, but I also appreciate privacy. I’m not averse to make parties in the flat and guests are always welcome.

    Location:
    Next to the tram station “Bulgariplatz”. With the tram 3 minutes to the train station and about 7 min into the centre.
    By foot 25 min in the centre and 15 min to the train station
    Very good connections to cycle paths and to the freeway. (exit Wienerstraße)

    There are a lot of shops and supermarkets around

  6. Hello!! Someone looking for a nice room in a shared very nice flat!??

    As I’m leaving Linz for Erasmus I would like to let my room. It’s going to be available from the middle of september until the end of february 2016. The room is 18m2 big, has two Windows, a large desk, a little cupboard, a wardrobe, a attire and a bed (140×200). 326€ costs the rent for the room and I’m going to charge 300€ as deposit.
    The whole flat is about 110m2 big and includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, WC, big dining-livingroom with attached a little kitchen , large corridor, 2 little storage rooms and a small loggia (balcony, smoking area). We have WIFI and also a Basement. The apartment is located in the 3th floor in a older house close to the centre, the main train station, Billa and Unimarkt .
    you are going to share the flat with two lovely girls, also from art university Linz.

  10. Hello everybody,
    i am looking for a second person who wants to share my charming flat with me. The flat has 3 rooms, so each of us has an own room and there is a shared living room. All rooms have parquet flooring in old style.
    There is also a nice kitchen, with garden-view. Rent is 370,00 Euro, all costs included (web, energy,…) plus a rental deposit of 750,-.
    The flat is quite central in Linz Urfahr – 10 minutes walk to the Danube/Hauptplatz, only a few steps to Bruckner Uni, Kunst Uni, Pöstlinberg. Busses and tram nearby.
    The room is available now, or beginning of March.
