We have a double room in ESH dormitory and it is free from February.

The dorm is one of the best dorms in Linz. The room has a wonderful view which is in fifth floor. I am sure you will love it.
The kitchen is shared in floor. It is very big and equipped with what ever you need. Gym, two music room (with piano), bar, table tennis room, laundry room, study rooms are in ground floor.
Cleaning lady cleans the room every week. She also cleans the kitchen every day.
Bus stop (line number 33) is exactly in front of dorm. 5 minute walking to the Schumpeterstraße tram station.
The walls are very thick, the rooms are very quiet. Wifi is available throughout the house, and also cable internet in every room. The rooms are fully furnished and have many shelves.
25sqm, 220€ for double room, 339€ for single room.

Hello guys. After two years living in Linz I am coming back to Spain. If you are interested on getting a room, mine it’s available since 1st August. It is located in Humboldtstrasse 7 (Linz). It has 14 m2 (Furniture included) and the monthly cost is 207euros (All included). The deposit is 562euros. Regarding to the flat, it has a big kitchen with all the goodness, toilete and bathroom.
